Scotty's Action Sports Network (SASN) specializes in all kinds of watersports. If it's underwater, on water, or above water, we do it!

For the past 30 years, Scotty’s Action Sports Network (SASN) diving centers in the Philippines have provided high-quality services in scuba diving, water sports, and island hopping tours. We have been providing leisure activities that are both enjoyable and safe. We will continue to do our best for you, your family, and your friends during your holidays and vacations.

In regards to operators, we are among the few to have the biggest insurance policy in the Philippines.
Our boat permits are in full compliance with the Philippines Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA).
We comply with all labor laws, permits, and legal benefits for all our employees (domestic and foreign).

Aside from the shipping industry, our boat fleet is one of the largest in the Philippines. This grants us maximum flexibility in providing customer service.
Our compressor systems are all BAUER Pure air Certified by the Philippines Government.
Our +200 bars (3000 psi) oxygen booster ensures that our oxygen tanks are properly filled for technical dives. For example, our 6-meter (20-foot) O2 deco tanks are loaded at 200 bars (3000psi).
Every piece of equipment, from regulators to boat engines, is fully serviced every 6 months by factory-trained technicians.

On the operations side:

We provide every guest with drinking water, a towel, and a smile.

• Our guests do not have to pay entrance fees at any diving sanctuaries or on any island tours. There are no hidden costs or surprises.
• We offer to assemble, transport, and clean any personal scuba diving gear you may bring. This is up to you, but these services are offered at no extra charge.
• For diving, our maximum ratio is one dive professional per four guests. However, we try to keep this ratio down to one professional per three guests. This allows our instructors to pay attention to every diver.
• All of our island hopping tours include a guide who helps guests with snorkeling and provides information about each visited location.

Scotty's Action Sports Network History

Scotty's Action Sports Network started in 1986 as a small dive shop in Cebu, Philippines. We offered scuba diving services that became well-known for our professional staff and our high-quality scuba diving gear rentals. We opened an official dive center at Shangri-La Mactan when it opened in 1993.

SASN began to provide high-quality services to resort guests who wanted adventures underwater, on water, and above water while on vacation here in Mactan, Cebu.

As years went on and demand for our services grew, SASN opened branches in Panglao, Bohol and Boracay. SASN also began to offer our services to non-hotel guests. Everyone can experience the fun and excitement of our marine activities. In fact, we will offer to pick you up at any hotel within Mactan (Cebu) and Panglao (Bohol) for free.

Scotty’s is well-known for providing only high-quality scuba diving services. Our professional diving instructors are associated with well-established diving agencies, such as PADI, SSI, GUE, RAID and others.

The best quality and best-known brands of scuba diving gear are available for purchase or rental at all our branches. This high-quality dive gear is included in many of our scuba diving courses and diving packages.

Our professional diving instructors will take you to the most amazing dive spots around. They will give you the confidence during your dives to have some truly fun scuba diving adventures.

Scotty's Island Hopping Tours and Excursions

All SASN branches provide island hopping tours and excursions. Our guides will bring you to where you can see the most spectacular landscapes and seascapes. Enjoy the crystal clear blue waters surrounding each pristine tropical island by snorkeling.

Every travel destination we take you to will be breathtakingly colorful. Even the boat rides between tropical islands are scenic. But, if those are not enough, strap on a mask and snorkel and go for a swim. The marine sanctuaries are teeming with polychromatic aquatic life, including more than 480 different species of prismatic corals.

SASN will bring you to white sand beaches where you can enjoy beach activities or just relax. These sun and fun adventures are perfect for gatherings of family and friends.
